Jamie Mitchell  Times Record -  Reginald Moore portrays Owen D. Hill (1861 - 1888), Sunday, April 27, 2014, during the Tales of the Crypt at Oak Cemetery. Hill was hung by Judge Issac C. Parker for the murder of his wife. Hosted by the Oak Cemetery Commission and the City of Fort Smith in conjunction with UAFS students in the Historical Inerpretation Program, the event provides a snap shot of noted men and women in the history of Fort Smith.

Beginning at 9 a.m. today, and running through Sunday, the Hangin' Judge & Old Fort Days Cutting Horse Show will be held at Kay Rodgers Park; The Western Heritage Art Show will be held at the Frisco Station on May 16 and 17; Judge Parker's Rope War will take place at Harry E.
