The Quinceañera is the celebration of a girl's 15th birthday, traditionally marking her transition from childhood to young womanhood. Natalie and Cesar are the children of Juana Fernandez and Sergio Hernandez of Fort Smith.

Santa was followed by a military Assault Service Vehicle, a Humvee and more than 80 motorcycle riders, all with toys and stockings for the gathered children. The annual toy run provides a toy and filled stocking for a child with disabilities and a chance to sit on Santa's lap and share their Christmas list.
