Rachel Rodemann • Times Record Kathy Williams shows Doug Dyer to an electronic voting machine at teh Sebastian County Courthouse Wednesday morning, so he could cast his vote early for the November election. Darlene Neumeier said the turnout has been high, as is expected in presidential election years, with voters coming most frequently around their lunch hour. Sebastian County early voting will be available 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the courthouses in Fort Smith and Greenwood until election day. All early votes in the county are taken through electronic voting machines, with paper ballots available only at polling sites on election day.
